Our Specialty: Yumeiho Therapy

Yumeiho therapy originated from Japan and is a synergy of a number of bodywork systems. Yumeiho is a therapeutic method based on manual actions performed on the entire human body for maintaining or improving health and includes about 100 maneuvers performed on the entire patient’s body.

Although Yumeiho is a method designed to be mainly preventively applied it is still called therapy due to the fact it’s main purpose is treating or reducing the causes of functional disorders which may result in chronic suffering.

Yumeiho therapy is done on the floor on a mattress. When you come for Yumeiho therapy, please bring loose cotton clothing. The first treatment may be intense because of the deep pressure and strong kneading. The pressure will be adjusted to each patient’s preference. Welcome. My name is Nara Kizer, I am a Licensed Massage Practitioner.

My unique combination of treatment techniques are consistently effective for treating injuries, restoring structural balance, correcting posture and maintaining a healthy mind and body. Each individual session is personalized to meet the needs of every client.

I have studied Yumeiho Therapy in Mongolia and graduated as a Yumeiho Practitioner. I have worked in a hospital in Mongolia and using these techniques to aid in the treatment of injuries old and new, rejuvenating the body for a healthy lifestyle. I graduated from Bellevue Massage school as the valedictorian. I opened my own studio in 2012.

Please come to relax and feel rejuvenated as we work on the pressure points of your body to enhance your well-being and alleviate stress. I do respect my clients time and needs and work with deep appreciation!
